Major Website Reform
as-Salaamu ‘alaikum wr wb,
Ad-Deen is planning on making major changes to the website (not the look, the content) however, we are relying heavily on the thoughts of visitors in order to suit the website for the audience. Changes include:
- Regular online programmes (with ‘Ulama – we will need you to suggest and invite ‘Ulama and recommend them to join us, let us know by using the contact form here)
- Integrating the forum with the main website. This means removing the forum and enabling comments on all pages of the main website with settings so that visitors can post too.
- Keeping only main sections of the website remaining e.g. ‘Ilmiyyah Durus, and removing smaller sections e.g. anasheed & other audio
These three are just a few of the thoughts but we need your ideas and input to make sure the move we make is correct.
Currently we have made ammendments to the home page and moved new content to another page, what do you think of this change? What should be on the home page? How should it be layed out?
