One should make the following du’a in abundance throughout the month of Ramadan:
اللهم انك عفو كريم تحب العفو فاعفعنا
Transliteration: “Allahumma innaka afuwwun kareemun tuhib-bul af-wa fa-afo anni”
Translation: “O Allah, You are the One who grants pardon for sins, who loves forgiving… so forgive me.”
