Is there an alternative way to listen to this, as it is not possible to listen to the Radio for some reason, it just keeps saying it is buffering.

Yes:
Open windows media player / real player / iTunes or any other media player and go to the top where it says File > Open (url/web address) then copy and paste the following link into the space: http://84.45.106.147:8014/listen.pls and press ok.
